1. Scope and contact
This policy describes data processing for visitors to projectsol.pro and users of its related Project:SoL game services. The operator and contact address are listed above. You can use that address for questions and requests concerning your data.
2. Data we process
Registration and sign-in involve your email, public name, game login, authentication information and chosen game account sex. One-time codes confirm your email. Account identifiers and game progress connect the website and game services.
Security logs include IP addresses, request and action information and timestamps; some logs store IP hashes rather than the original address. Consent records include the document version and checksum, time, language and email and IP hashes.
Optional features may involve forum messages, support enquiries and identifiers of external accounts you choose to connect, such as Discord. Registration does not specifically ask for passport information, payment card details, health data or biometric data.
3. Purposes
We process data to send codes, create and maintain accounts, provide sign-in and account recovery, connect the website and game server, operate the forum and answer enquiries. Technical information helps prevent abuse, investigate violations and resolve errors.
Public names, character names, game progress and posts you publish in public areas may be visible to others, including in rankings and game services. Email addresses and game logins are not intended for publication in rankings.
Registration consent covers the processing described in the separate consent document. It is not a marketing subscription. Other processing may relate to providing a requested service or meeting applicable obligations.
4. Processing and access
Processing includes collection, recording, storage, correction, use, restriction and deletion, mainly by automated means. Team members and technical providers receive access as needed for their tasks.
Infrastructure relies on hosting and email delivery providers. Mail.ru delivers verification codes. External services process information sent to them under their own terms. Following external links and voluntarily connecting external accounts may involve providing data to those services.
The project infrastructure is hosted in the Netherlands. Using the service therefore involves processing outside some users’ country of residence. Yandex Metrica and other optional third-party analytics are disabled on the website.
5. Retention and security
Account data is kept while the account is maintained. After service ends or consent is withdrawn, data without a remaining purpose and independent basis for processing is deleted or restricted. Some logs and consent evidence may be retained for security, disputes and applicable obligations.
Verification codes are valid for ten minutes; expiry does not itself delete the associated log record. Browser storage periods are described in the cookie notice. We use HTTPS, access restrictions and abuse prevention measures; an internet service cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your requests and withdrawal
Use the contact email above to request information, correction, restriction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent. Provide your account email and describe the request; do not send passwords or sign-in codes. We may ask you to verify account ownership.
Withdrawal does not undo processing lawfully carried out earlier. If essential account data can no longer be processed, account service may become unavailable. Withdrawal alone does not require deletion of information retained on an independent basis.
7. Changes
The current version is published here. If the consent text changes, subsequent registration requires acceptance of the new version. Publication does not automatically mean that an existing user has accepted new consent.
