Increases damage of Catnip Meteor by 4%.

When equipped with Rutilus Stick-OS:

For each 2 Refine Levels of Rutilus Stick-OS:

Increases damage of Espa and Eswhoo by 4%.

When equipped with Ultio-OS:

Increases Magical Damage with Holy element by 5%.

For each 2 Refine Levels of Ultio-OS:

Decreases Variable Casting Time by 3%.
