Description: Scatters very small fine powder at the target,

inflicting melee physical damage to the target and surrounding enemies.

Additionally, grants Mystery Powder effect to the caster,

allowing to use Dust Explosion for 60 seconds.

Damage is additionaly increased according

to the caster's Base Level and POW.

[Lv 1]: ATK 5500%/AoE: 5x5 cells

[Lv 2]: ATK 9500%/AoE: 5x5 cells

[Lv 3]: ATK 13500%/AoE: 5x5 cells

[Lv 4]: ATK 17500%/AoE: 7x7 cells

[Lv 5]: ATK 21500%/AoE: 7x7 cells
