ball that will encircle the caster for 15
minutes. When an enemy approaches the
caster, the fire ball will inflict 600% MATK
as Fire elemental magical damage and pushes the
enemy backward, then the skill will
cancel. Sight Blaster's knockback effect
has no effect during WoE.

Visit Simon Mayace inside the Prontera building (/navi prt_in 82/98) and ask about knockback.
Return to Meow; he names the stones he needs.
Bring 10 of each item on the list; Meow takes them and teaches the skill.
